Who We Are

Old Cuss is a collective of many minds lead with passion by Brent’lee Williams & Chef Chandler Bailey With our first brick & mortar in SSL having closed, we are so excited to be under construction on our new mortar in the heart of SLC in the historic Pierpont Ave Building at 325 W Pierpont Ave. While construction is underway, we will open our coffee trailer 7 days a week at 400 W and Pierpont Ave with our signature drinks & some kick ass grab & go options. So please come see us as we serve in the trailer and build our new location!

Here at Old Cuss, we believe in givin’ a dang. And for us, that comes down to 3 things:

• People: We value our guest, our team, and the members of our community.

• Place: We are here to honor and serve the Salt Lake Valley, the wilderness surrounding us, and the environment at large. We aim to give you a new place to call home and to do our darndest to love the earth with each dish we serve.

• Product: We are committed to sourcing, growing & selling products in ethical, respectful, and sustainable ways using as many home grown veggies, local eggs, local dairy, local honey and as high quality cheeses as we can find. Our menu does no up charge for sub milks and is served by default plant based with options for local eggs,milks,cheeses.
