Who We Are

Old Cuss is a collective of many minds lead with passion by Brent’lee & Chef/Owner Chandler Bailey with an intentional atmosphere and vintage market. With Brent’s love for Coffee, vegetables & vintage they opened a beautiful community cafe in South Salt Lake. The main goal is to create a shared space for individuals from all different backgrounds to come and feel welcome. A space that puts the environment first. Here at Old Cuss, we are a full restaurant, a specialty coffee shop proudly serving Marcell Coffee Roasters, and a curated vintage market. We are home to numerous local vendors that each curate clothing, glassware, collectibles, art and more. This shop has turned into more than the pair could have ever dreamed of, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee. We have gardens across the city growing our own produce. We serve our whole menu by default vegan but you can sub local egg, local dairy and curated specialty cheeses.

When you walk in our doors it is like walking into an old general store, a piece of home for Brent’lee and a new home for you. We are deeply honored to serve you and cant wait to meet y’all!

Here at Old Cuss, we believe in givin’ a dang. And for us, that comes down to 3 things:

• People: We value our guest, our team, and the members of our community.

• Place: We are here to honor and serve the Salt Lake Valley, the wilderness surrounding us, and the environment at large. We aim to give you a new place to call home and to do our darnest to love the earth with each dish we serve.

• Product: We are committed to sourcing, growing & selling products in ethical, respectful, and sustainable ways using as many home grown veggies, local eggs, local dairy, local honey and as high quality cheeses as we can find. Our menu does no up charge for sub milks and is served by default plant based with options for local eggs,milks,cheeses.
