Who We Are
Old Cuss is a beautiful Community cafe in South Salt Lake that opened its doors in December 2021. The main goal is to create a shared space for individuals from all different backgrounds to come and feel welcome. Here at Old Cuss, we are a full restaurant, a specialty coffee shop proudly serving Marcell Coffee Roasters, and a curated vintage market. We are home to over 10 different local vendors that each curate clothing, glassware, collectibles, and more.
Owners Brent’lee and Chef/owner Channy are passionate about what Old Cuss represents.
Brent’lee is a deeply excited drink artist agriculture enthusiast who was raised by farmers/chefs/artists in KCMO, and has been working in coffee & food for over a 15 years.
Channy is a Utah local Chef with over 10 years cooking in the valley having been chef at multiple highly regarded restaurants, they have taken the step into ownership with old cuss in summer of 2023. They have pushed forward the vision of sustainability and high quality food at Old Cuss.
Together, with the crew at Old Cuss they have built a unique place for people around the world to visit and enjoy great coffee and specialty beverages and a menu that represents the vegetable with respect for it and the ground that gave it to us.
