Who We Are
Old Cuss is a beautiful Community cafe Trailer located at 400 W. & Pierpont Ave in downtown SLC. Our trailer is a specialty cafe trailer proudly serving Marcell Coffee Roasters and handmade grab & go food.
Brent’lee is a deeply excited drink artist, agriculture enthusiast, vintage collector and musician. He was raised by farmers/chefs/artists in KCMO, and has been working in coffee & food for over 17 years.
Channy is a Utah born & raised Chef with over 10 years cooking in the valley having been chef at multiple highly regarded restaurants specializing in the gawd dang best vegetarian food in the state.
Channy took the step into ownership/partnership with Old Cuss in summer of 2023. Channy has pushed forward the vision of sustainability and high-quality food at Old Cuss.
Together, with the crew at Old Cuss they have built a unique concept for people around the world to visit and enjoy great coffee and specialty beverages and a menu that represents the vegetable with respect for it and the ground that gave it to us.
